Room was clean, tv didn’t work, bathroom tub was clogged.
Boring The casino The hotel was ok but there’s not much fun here
Overpriced, unsafe and terrible Rooms were non smoking yet smelled like weed. ventilation was terrible and made one of our guests sick. there was no valet or carts to take bags. elevator lines were extremely long and having someone with recent hip replacement made it terrible to have to wait 30 mins for an elevator. Security felt bad and offered to take us up via service elevator as they could see we were struggling.
We booked through Chelsea tower(Ocean side). They assigned a room to North tower I don’t understand why this happening

Disappointing Too expensive and the fact that they offered nothing complimentary. We were issued with 2 key cards only 1 work. Dining option limited too and the facility have too little elevators with so much traffic. Minimal access to cable TV The bathroom and bedroom was ok
It was bad very bad Everything was terrible my room was terrible very unclean and also I did not get anyone help me to take my luggage up to my room I will I waited 4 hours and the interim I didn't take my medication I'm hard patient and also have seizures I'm very dissatisfied I want my money back
