Disappointing The smoke detector went off and there was no one smoking. That went on for 30 minutes. I try to reach the front desk and no answer .. very annoyed with that. The price for the room . The Hotel With Everything CLOSED They had everything closed and they said no curfew in the information.!! The location and the Casino
Don’t Stay Here It was old, the room are small and they were not that well kept. This was one of my worse stays that I worked with Booking.com. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I liked about the property is the many shops and places to eat.

bad customer service for a first time customer. The reason I would never stay there again for one the customer service was terrible when I was checking in the clerk was rude telling me I had the room for a two night stay I'm showing him my reservation he refuse to look and told me to click on the button for a payment I knew wasn't mines...so I ask for the manager, she came ask me for my i.d and proceeded to tell him he was looking at the wrong person, no apology or anything from either one ..so I go to the room where it smel... read more
Poor
dont know if i would stay again beds were lumping and uncomfortable - no carpet on floors - horrible old chairs to sit in, no dresser to put clothes in no one answers the phones for reservations or any other department - except the bell captain. staff was wonderful everywhere in all departments very helpful to help us find our way around
I should have stayed at showboat again I booked ocean view didn't get Tried to shower water was only scolding hot no cold water I did late checkout 2 different cleaning people bothered my room I will never again stay here Bed was comfy
Fair Check in was horrible. Staff was not friendly. Over an hour and a half wait just to check into our room which took away from our time spent enjoying our get away.
