Disappointing The check-in lines are ridiculously long it was over a half hour 45 minute wait and then the elevators we had to walk down 40 flights of steps because there was issues with that.
Very Poor Unorganized. With COVID we should not be stuffed in a elevator. Parking was horrible!
Very Poor This was the most disappointing waste of time and money. We got lost just from parking the car and trying to find the hotel registration. And asking someone where to go was impossible. We had to carry all of our luggage through the casino just to get to the front desk. There was no food available after 10pm - anywhere! Nothing is open because of COVID.
