Inconsistent I had to pay an additional $81 in resort and incidental fees upon arrival. Non-refunded. I have nowhere in writing that this would occur. I was given keys to an occupied room. Then “upgraded to a suite free of charge.” Harassed by house keeping during check out times. Never again. Clean

Fair I didn’t like that I paid for a ocean view room and my room was facing the city no ocean in site when I called customer service they said you have to request an ocean view room which makes no sense because when your booking it doesn’t say that The hotel was beautiful a lot to do and clean

Checked in at 11pm and couldnt get a room till 4am Everything! Absolutely nothing !
Fair Rooms are outdated and walking from parking garage was very confusing.. self check in and check out was very convenient but seemed like everyone checked out at the same time, hour wait for elevators and long lines for the elevator that were crowded and definitely not no self distancing on elevators Self check in and check out

Very bad stay Park the car In garage right away elevator doesn’t work have to walk 15 mins to get into casino, go to check in nothing but problems first couldn’t use the credit card which had already paid for the room had to be changed. The staff was not helpful and causing more problems then needed. It was already 2:45 was told the room will be ready at 4, give my phone number to receive a text when it is ready. Its an OK place to stay. Nothing speciaal. Nive staff howe3ver. It is too big. It was a major and complicated walk to anywhere. Parking was MOST inconvenient.
