Ok Found some old sex outfits and (sex)trash in one of the draws. Dirty towel underneath the sink, towels smelled like they weren’t cleaned. Everyone’s worried about COVID and inconvenience the guest by shutting every other machine for COVID but the staff can’t clean the room. The shops, room view, restaurants, guests.

sticky dirty floors old washcloths left in shower the room was dirty and we had to call 6 times to get someone to clean the room only thing that was offered to us was a new room and that would have been an inconvience because we were already settled in the water in the shower was hot no matter what u did to try and make it lukewarm it stayed hot alot of bad customer service and a dirty room with covid going on thats really not safe the whole stay should have been free they only gave me a 100 dollar credit they need to do bet... read more

They are liars They charged me for extra for “damages” and was very rude when checking in. I’m never staying here again. Back to resorts where they are respectful. Casino
