My 1st married experience in AC They had a sign that stated hotel check in at guest services. After waiting in line for 40 mins I am rudely told by the gentleman checking me in I dont know why everyone is in this line, this is guest services. Not hotel check in. Then told me to read the above sign. Guest services. I told him there was a white sign that said hotel check in this way and pointed to the line. Fair Room wasn't clean enough. (Motel standards). House keeper was knock in the door at 9am
I’ve been staying here since mid 90’s. I will never return. Horrible from check in to out. Very understaffed. Long lines for elevators. Hardly any table games available.
Very Poor Excelent location and facility but the reservation staf is very unprofessional and unpleasant, the worst experience. Next to our room we’re a party, we ask to Chenge for other one, was a situation to change it and they give us the worst one, I didn’t change it cause was too late to get tha fire again
