We stayed at the tropicana king oceanview and the room was dirty the bathtub was clogged and to get someone to clean it Everything else.... the room was dirty bathtub clogged and my expensive jewelry got damaged because of their in room faulty wiring The theme and variety of food
A little frustrated with level of info provided No signs to direct you to anywhere. Sat night no valet except for vip’s. Park in the elevated parking a block away. Get off the elevator and no signs walking around with luggage and tired. Decide to get a drink at the bar.bartender tells us waitress will be right there. 15 minutes later we left.No booklet in the room so we had to call housekeeping to find out where the pool was. Fair The photos you see in the booking is not what you get. It said there would be a bath tub but there wasn’t one in the room. It also said that it was renovated but the room still didn’t seem new the bathroom but the carpet had holes and the shower didn’t drain. The hotel is beautiful
Its nice but I was expecting more I like but I was expecting more, the ice maker did not work, we saw like 3 people fighting around, screaming bad word,and we found dirty socks in our room. I like the location
