Very Poor The worst hotel I’ve ever booked, bad service, rooms and bathroom dirty, my husbund got sick there and they din’t help me with anything. Will never go back there!!

Fair The cleanliness of the room. There were a dead roach in the bathroom and by the window. We requested a non-smoking room and the floor we were given had awful smoke in the hallway. West lower tower is where we stayed. The location of hotel Tropicana was convenient and close to the boardwalk.

NEVER AGAIN Resort fee gives the customer nothing. Destination fee is simply free money for the casino. I won 100.95 on a slot and exchange machine keeps ALL the change. WHY? The 95 cents was my money too! No microwave, No breakfast, Soda machine took my money. During this COVID time the Tropicana is in deed following protocol. Social distancing to the max.
