Terrible service, great location There is little to no customer service. When we arrived, it took over an hour and a half to get parked and checked in. There’s no designated staff to guide you to where you need to park. I had to call to get directions. The lines were ridiculously long for everything. Disappointing The West tower was filthy, my floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. The bathroom was dirty. And I asked for a non-smoking room and was still placed on a smoking floor. They kindly switched it after I told them. Checkout was a nightmare. Waited in line more than 30 minutes to take the elevator down to the lobby and then had to take the stairs to my floor of the parking garage because that line was ridiculous also. The Tropicana hotel was horrible My room was located at the worst side of the hotel, the elevators are very ugly and also the room, the bathroom walls were cracked, the faucet in the bathroom sink was dirty, the closets had no doors, there was no rug. The flat ironing board was in the middle of the bathroom which was inconvenient to me. The room and the hallway smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. It was an unpleasant stay.
