They were out of all amenities- shampoo Lisa’s bars etc , valet was closed, room was ice cold

Disappointed The room was fair. No extra towels, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no safe. Small TV, no plugs/USB ports with easy access near bed stand. Thank goodness I brought my own extension cord with ability for 3 plugs, as I use a C-pap device. Thermostat in room ancient with no numbers on it. No extra pillows around. Blanket on bed very thin. No comforter/bedspread. We choose the deluxe room too. Also way too much smoke in casino. Had a headache from it. Food selections around Casio poor, and very expensive.

Learned a lot about nasty Wouldn’t pay for a river view again. The hotel is so smoke soaked and old.
