Bad The cafe in there is a scam. A little piece of steak for $22 , never again. They don’t care if there’s no bartender in the establishment. Definitely we’re not coming back. I’m so disappointed. We left early cus the bed was so uncomfortable We got the worst customer service. We spent a lot of money gambling and the service from bartenders sucked.

Not visiting again. Room dirty, rug worn and torn. Coffee poor quality, cold and heater not working, no refrigerator and bedding worn and torn. Eating facilities inadequate. Staff moral low. Trip is over

Very Poor Rooms shower no hot water toilet didn't work and bed was uncomfortable

It's ok but definitely wouldn't stay here again with other options available in Bullhead City. Having no fridge in the rooms was a huge problem. We pack lunch stuff and dairy products that needs to be kept cold and all we had was a soft sided lunch bag that we had to keep putting ice in. No coffee maker. All the weed being smoked so when you step outside your room that's what your met with right away and in the elevators. The pool closes at 8 and they are broke down. It was a good stay minor things but great room I didn’t like that our soap and shampoo in the shower were empty and didn’t get filled when we could get our room serviced. Also when they serviced our room our trash was still in the room I liked that you were able to move me to a better room

Won’t stay there again. Room was extremely outdated. Fixtures broken, sheets has holes in them, sink was clogged from the start. The rest of the joint needs a face lift too. Location

Passable hotel with free parking but well outdated It is well outdated and needs renovation Basic outdated hotel did the job for us - only stayed one night
