We really liked your staff. EVERYONE was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Smelled like smoke, plumbing awful in bathroom, bathroom carpet was crunchy. The location is what we liked.

We won’t be staying there again. Hotel not kept up Not much, hotel run down, dirty bathrooms, toilet overflowing, spa doesn’t work, no stopper for bathtub, etc

Very disappointed I will not stay here again. I booked an east tower room and upon arrival was told the east tower was closed due to re-keying all the locks. During my stay the doors in our tower were re-keyed while we were out with no notice. I had to schedule housekeeping which didn't arrive at the scheduled time, they didn't show up until the next day.
