The other staff was very helpful, cleaners and lady security guard who helped The Lazy Security Guard🥴 someone at Port of Subs turned in my coffee cup at Security when I went to ask Lazy guy at security desk he didn’t bother to get up and look or inquire about it. He didn’t see it or care. I didn’t care about it either but the fact this guy is part of Security was a joke. Didn’t win nothing there The room was okay

$50 is $50. Room was dirty. River view was actually a view of the parking structure. Sink did not drain. Refrigerator was unplugged in the middle of the floor. Chair was trashed. A pillow was covered in dog hair. None of the vending machines on the first 4 floors worked. And the key cards had to be reprogrammed a couple times. Just stayed there to sleep. The hotel itself was OK but the billing issues I had just ruined it for us so we would never stay here again I won’t stay at this hotel again because they overcharged me. I brought it to their attention during our stay they said it would be taken care of.. the front desk clerks are very rude to you. During checkout, the clerk said they would correct the error and put the overcharge back into my account. So we checked out and left the hotel expecting the refund to be put back into our account to this day. We’ve never seen it.... read more

Service ok, room old and tired, looked out on parking garage. Hotel was empty, but I was still given an old, tired room that looked out on parking garage. I expected better accommodations from Tropicana. This was their chance to form a bond with a new customer, which they passed up. I won’t be back. Price was ok, but I expected a better room.

The old out of place red chair. There was a very old and stinky red chair that looked like it didn't even belong in the room. The location
