Lousy Hilton TRU Stay (West Phoenix) Lots of trash was present in common areas outside elevators on multiple floors and never picked up for days. I had to complain to front desk on 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre at best - rubbed scrambled eggs, tasteless sausage patties, poor bagels and English muffins, weak juice and weak coffee - for a new hotel = lousy (STAY ELSEWHERE). Also, no coffee in rooms.

small rooms Overall property is nice. Standard room we had was pretty small. You had to share parking with nearby restaurants so kind of a hassle.

OK, Where do I start? No seat on the toilet. No Wifi. Elevators? Sometimes working, sometimes not. Coffee grinds in the coffee. No loading / unloading zone. I could go on…

Dirty Travel a lot for work, so have a normal routine of checking a room over before settling in. Found that the bed was made, but the bedding was never changed. Found food crumbs and lots of body hair in the sheets. Floor also had food crumbs all over, but at least of my concers. Talked to the front desk and was told I'd have to switch rooms since Housekeeping had already left. I was then downgraded from the room I had secured since that was what they had left. Do not stay here. Terrible stay. They don't have blackout blinds like EVERY OTHER HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT so I had 4 street lights shining in my face and lighting up my entire room all night. Also the shower was grungy with hair on the wall.

Something flapped in the bathroom all night and I was unable to sleep. Nobody could do anything about it and I was just told to shut the bathroom door and maintenance would figure it out tomorrow
