Only stayed here for a pit stop. Nice hotel but wished the room was cleaned more thoroughly since its pet friendly. There were dog hair all over the floor. Got all over my socks. So gross. I couldnt let my baby on the floor without her shoes due to that. Other than that, it wasnt too bad of a place.

Costumer service/front desk could improve. Breakfast is awful. Very little options compared to other hotels with similar pricing and around the area. We'd probably stay here again if in the area.

Crap and useless staff do not stay here We never actually got to stay they refused us and although we had the room protection plan we couldn't get refunded they ruined our trip and refused to give us a refund because we booked through hotels.com and hotels.com won't answer my complaints since day one so we paid over 550 to sleep in my truck and have a desk clerk clap in my face so no do not stay here the staff is crap management us useless and would never treat customers the way these people do
Sad. Uninspired Bad service, inoperable toilet, noisy neighbors. AC as loud as a freight train. This is supposed to be a new hotel?

Has anyone been charged extra and told that they were going to return it for a hold but received nothing so far? I was charged extra and nothing was returned yet. My bed sheet wasn’t changed for a whole week as well. Might not stay here next time I come back.
We were notified that the hotel Tru by Hilton Goodyear was overbooked the morning of our reservation. We were told that our reservation had been transferred to Holiday Inn Dysart in Goodyear. When we arrived there they had not been told of our change and we were billed for the room even though we had already paid Tru through Expedia.
