Sheets paper thin, bed made so much noise. Access to get out of the property awful
The bed is always comfortable and the room stays nice and cool. There was trash piled around the trash can.
I didnt like it that the light was shining thru the window all nite even tho the curtain was closed. Me and my frend didnt sleep good because of it.
I booked a room and the ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and there was no body wash to use. The room smelt like someone had smoked inside and felt dingy.
Tru Hotel with be a truly bad experience. This was the worst experience of hospitality I’ve ever received. I attempted to resolve the issue and was repeatedly misled while simultaneously being treated with dis respect. I’ve have better treatment in the worst hotels in the middle of nowhere. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the staff at a Hilton property
Euro style no frills Room had crumbs dust and trash in all corners of the room and the bathroom. Also no amenities that are current or upscale. Staff was very friendly though.
Newer hotel but AC is old? So we checked in, room had strong perfume smell like someone broke their perfume bottle and it’s all over the floor..changed room, there was no hand soap refilled. It was empty. Ac auto seems not working right. It’s pretty loud and hard to adjust the temp..my baby had hard time to sleep with sound/temp/dirty wind..ended up getting sick from that:( Breakfast was good.
