The issue with this Hilton Hotel is that it must be a micro-hotel. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in.... ever. Talked to the front desk, only rooms bigger were 4 rooms that were big enough to get a wheel chair beside the bed. Those stayed on reserve for someone in a wheel chair. There may have been 2 feet all the way around the bed. That is it. No microwave, no coffee maker or kettle. Did have a super small fridge. The Room was not really well suited for a physically challenged person especially tbe bathroom
Basic Hotel Hotel was very basic, felt like a college dorm room. The blow dryer was missing. It was clean enough but not very welcoming for a Hilton. Bedding was just ok for comfort.
The front desk clerk when we checked in would NOT give my husband a water because I am the Honors member, not him! Seriously??? Wow! If you can’t spend 30 cents on a bottle of water, I may need to stay somewhere else next time!
Could have been better. The rooms are not very well planned out. And the floor was very uncomfortable. The person next to us played his TV so loudly all night long that our bed vibrated well until 4 o’clock in the morning. We called downstairs several times and they did nothing. We also asked for towels, that never came.
Overpaid for this place. The room looks like a dorm room and is not very fun. It was clean but I dislike its style. They even charged me for parking and they even put a tip envelope on my pillow 😂. Coffee is terrible and breakfast was nothing to get excited about. I will never stay at this place again.
We were disappointed with a Hilton affiliation being such a dump. The matteess was about 6 inches deep and very uncomfortable. Tacky everything! No microwave or coffee pot. Anytime we see " TRU" associated with any accommodation...don't bother. Second time they were cheap and plasticity.
