This hotel doesn't compare to the other Hiltons. I'm guessing the "Tru" means it's bare bones -- no carpet, so you can hear every step the people above take. It's like you're inside a drum.
They sent link to get digital access to room but it didn't work, was never able to get it, no hot water first day of stay

Not a fan any longer I walked into a dark room with shades completely drawn. Of course I had to use the bathroom immediately and then went to open the shade….broken. Not just shut but the blackout blind was closed and broken. I went to the desk and requested another room apologized for dirty bathroom but bed was clean….and they did. The refrigerator in my new room made noise that sounded like someone knocking on the door. All night. I didnt like it that the light was shining thru the window all nite even tho the curtain was closed. Me and my frend didnt sleep good because of it.

I booked a room and the ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and there was no body wash to use. The room smelt like someone had smoked inside and felt dingy.
