I didnt like it that the light was shining thru the window all nite even tho the curtain was closed. Me and my frend didnt sleep good because of it.

I booked a room and the ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and there was no body wash to use. The room smelt like someone had smoked inside and felt dingy.

Tru Hotel with be a truly bad experience. This was the worst experience of hospitality I’ve ever received. I attempted to resolve the issue and was repeatedly misled while simultaneously being treated with dis respect. I’ve have better treatment in the worst hotels in the middle of nowhere. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the staff at a Hilton property

Euro style no frills Room had crumbs dust and trash in all corners of the room and the bathroom. Also no amenities that are current or upscale. Staff was very friendly though.
