Newer hotel but AC is old? So we checked in, room had strong perfume smell like someone broke their perfume bottle and it’s all over the floor..changed room, there was no hand soap refilled. It was empty. Ac auto seems not working right. It’s pretty loud and hard to adjust the temp..my baby had hard time to sleep with sound/temp/dirty wind..ended up getting sick from that:( Breakfast was good. Tuve que pedir por muchas cosas. Tuve que hablar en 3 ocasiones al mostrador, primero no había papel de baño, después me percaté que no había jabón y x ultimo toallas.
Customer service is very lacking. The handle for the shower fell off during a shower. It was reported to the desk who stated they would take care of it. Upon return the issue had bot been cared for and the maid service had not attended to the room for fresh towels and soaps. Check out was where the real disappointnent took place. We were told that there was nothing they could do. Manager are not available on the weekends. Room and hallway were not very clean

Nope! I was expecting a great stay here, the lobby was nice and clean, but My room was not. I checked in very late & just wanted to sleep since it was a long drive to AZ. My son was coughing all night, he has asthma and the following morning, I realized that the room was very filthy. Their was dog or cat hair EVERYWHERE! My socks & my sons socks were filled with hair, it was on the blankets, all over the floor I even left my socks there so they can see how filthy it was. It was disgusting. Terrible beds, no cleaning service, had to even empty trash, rude employees, poorly constructed, very noisy
The breakfast food was the exact same every day (wished they would have least changed the eggs or sausage after 3 days of it). The room was missing shampoo and conditioner and no hand soap. My car was broken into at Estrella State Park and when I got to the hotel since I had no money I thought they would have at least offered to help in some way.... nope nothing. Disappointed Heading to our room, we noticed our trash can was sitting outside the door in the hallway and also noticed debris trickled throughout the hallway! There was dirty q-tips and just trash riddled on the carpet, super gross!!! Then I noticed when we left for dinner that most of the hallways were not vacuumed or kept up and all the tables for breakfast were all dirty and not maintained!
