Another excellent buying experience at Truck City Ford. This was my fourth vehicle purchase since December with excellent customer service from all employees at each purchase. Other than wishing I could turn off the tv sets in the waiting area, I’ve got no critical comments to make —
They did a great job. I dropped off my vehicle and someone drove me home while they worked on it. It was repaired quickly and under warranty. My Service Advisor was Richard Heuser.
