I cannot agree more with the numerous reviews on Yelp. If I could rate any worse, I would. Especially their sprinkler repair sucks - excuse my language. I would stay VERY far away from this crowd. Anything else can only be better.

Hands down the WORST! We have paid for the misquote treatment and had to have them come back out to respray. I'm not sure what they are doing but it is not working AT ALL. I still have tons of mosquitoes in my yard. This is a complete waste of money! Don't do it!

supervisors do not call you, agents cannot connect you to supervisors, promises made but not kept, my lawn after 2 years is in decline again.

How can I do less than one star? maybe a minus star? Made the MISTAKE of asking them for a quote on mosquito control. The "sales" lady was only interested in my CC info; she was unable to tell me what was to be used on my lawn. No problem, I politely said no thank you we are done. 8 calls later, EIGHT CALLS LATER they still call.... I asked today again for them not to call... it was tough..salesman yelled at me and said he would continue to call; I could not stop him! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was given a quote for lawn treatment with a $30 "introductory" service followed by $50 for all additional treatments. But then they added a $132 service on top of the $30 introductory service. A $132 service I was never offered, and would have refused if offered. They just charged it to my card. After a BBB complaint they admitted error and claim to have refunded the card but have not. Oh, and the weeds that were there before are still there now.

Worst service. They did our lawn and spilled fertilizer on our lawn on a hill, burned the grass, had to replace all grass on the hill. Weeds are really taking over. They are not what they say they are, they say they are going to treat yard but not show up, then makes promises and not keep. Customer service department argues with you over billing instead of listening. Would not recommend this to any person. Please do not use, you will be disappointed. We live in Canton GA and even our neighbor is very unhappy with them... read more

I cancelled service a year ago, and they still keep calling me asking to renew. I tell them "Please stop calling me, I'm not interested in your service". I've had managers promise that they'd stop; that they'd "personally" put me on their do not call list. And yet, they called yesterday. They called today. My recommendation is so steer clear of these folks. I wouldn't even get an estimate, else they will be harassing you for work like they do to me. This is the worst business I've ever done business with.

As a former customer of True Green, I submitted an online request for a quote as I was shopping several other companies as well. BIG MISTAKE. I received a phone call within 2 minutes of sending the request. I told the girl that called that I would get back with her as soon as the other quotes came in as I thought her price was very high. Her words were, "Well you were happy with your service last time werent' you?". I found her very off putting. I have had trugreen for a year paid in full. My backyard looks terrible. I got weeds bare spots and I wonder if they walk back there. I paid for aeration and reseeding last fall. Their rep said that they put down weed killer and pre-emergent and that they could not perform the service. But, they kept my money. I complained about the weeds and their rep came out and left note my lawn was cut improperly, but did not mention the meadow of weeds in backyard. I wish I could post a picture here.
