Terrible service. They cancel take you off the schedule after saying someone will be here soon. Then when you call customer service, they can't tell you why they didn't come and you can't get a hold of their local shop. Time to switch

wow, this company is aweful!!!! first time out they kept not showing up, second time, i had to call to schedule, and they still didn't show up. we are done!!!

Advice...Tru Green's performance is totally dependent on the technician that services your area. If he's good and cares the lawn will show it. I used them for 3 years and gave them a chance. I had a good tech for a while then i had a string of lesser performing techs start coming. Yeah, the lawn looked ok but not better than doing it myself. If you really need a service.. I paid 1 year in advance for TruGreen to get my lawn healthier. I also paid for aeration and reseeding. They broke and chipped several rock steps while moving the aerating machine into the backyard (which I had to replace). I didn't want any excuse for not giving the treatment enough time. Well, one year later, I don't see any difference. Time for renewal came up, and I said no thank you. Customer rep gave me an attitude and now I'm even questioning how this company is still around. If you not certified with services for the first plan please call them and cancel right away and ask for cancellation number , i used their plan for the past year total of 11 services and i still bend my back to pull those weeds , after 8 services they will charge you alot for the next service more then what you pay for the plan , and the customer service are sucks , she seem like don't want to help me unless I continue the service , how i can continue the service when i pay for service that I didn't receive right , and rate... read more

I responded to a flyer in the mail. After advising the agent of my choice and payment plan, he proceeded to charge the full cost on my card. That was remedied quickly and the payment plan was initiated a few days later. First visit-: The technician shows up in a red hoodie fully covered up, no indication of what company he was with, apparently he was new and did not have a uniform yet. TRUgreen... I do not recommend TruGreen. Stay away. Get a quote from anyone else. Trugreen will show up to your property and treat your yard without your approval and then send you a bill. Stay Away.

This was the worst decision I have EVER made. Where do I begin? I never knew when my next service was, it was always to be determined at a later date. Every time I would go on their app It would not tell me. I would receive text messages that the job was completed and It never was. They told me that they were going to plant grass seed and lied to me because they never planted anything.
