Never use this company ... they were suppose to treat a property of mind that I did not see much.. waste of $$$
first off, their Customer service reps are awesome. that's about it though. all year long I've made call backs out to my property, and the weeds kept growing. the tech told me once that he didn't see any notes in the system from the past dozen calls, but also what was promised to me by the manager would required additional equipment, and he wasn't going to get it. Based on my experience, there is no follow through on promises for customer contact. One day this week, I talked with a supervisor about beginning service at my home. I was told that I would be contacted that day or the next day by someone else to verify my information and schedule my first treatment. (Why couldn't the supervisor "verify" me? Poor customer service, poor billing practices, general manager doesn't seem to care. Credit card was charged for a lawn service. Did not receive it -- no flags in yard, no service ticket in door. Wife was home all day. Called Acworth office and the woman said that my service "had been rescheduled for next week". Our yard is covered in nutsedge weeds. It started last year and when I called over and over to get it treated it never was really controlled. They assured me when they called to get us to use them this year that we would have better service. So far they have covered the pool cover with chemicals that should not be near the pool and while they have treated some areas of the nutsedge they missed more than they treated. I have given this company WAY too many chances to improve and maintain my yard. I fired them last year and they contacted me begging for another chance and sent our someone who actually lived in my neighborhood and swore better service and lawn care. I was apprehensive and was VERY SPECIFIC with the salesman AND sales manager about my expectations. They promised to do a soil analysis and that they would put a plan together for my lawn. Worst possible service. They ruined my yard and after over 6 months of service plus aeriation my yard is full of weed and no one is responding to calls. As a customers I have been dealing with a call center and not a responsible individual.

Disappointed with the service especially on the customer service side. I've had problems in the past with their service but recently I reached a point where I had to cancel my service. They came out for weed control and fertilization 2 times this year and both times they decided to exclude treatment of my backyard due to dirt patches which is about 90% of the total square footage of my lawn.
