Could be better. Communication is always a problem, be it the office or superintendent. Maintenance requests take more than weeks (months!!) to even be looked into. Common areas of the building could be better upkept. On the other side, the app is really easy to use and convenient.
The superintendent and staff are wonderful. They are always helpful and do a great job.

I LOVE LIVING HERE NICE AND PEACFUL AND QUIET. NEED MORE GRASS IN FRONT OF BUILDING AND THERE IS A LOT OF BIRD CRAP ALL OVER THE PLACE. ALL THE TIME CLEANING MY WINDOW LEDGES. OTHERWISE ALL IS WELL
I’m leaving in this apartment for over a year now and so for I have no complaints if I need something all I have to do is just call and everything fix right away, and pricing is decent and I like my neighbors very friendly and I will recommend Murray hill apartment to anyone
