Tuli Realty is the best. They want to make sure their tenants are safe. There’s a front desk staff if you have some questions. There’s also a camera every floor for security purposes. Best location Journal Square to Manhattan is only a block away. I recommend Tuli Realty if you’re looking for an apartment to rent. They’re after for the safety of their tenants.

When I first moved in definitely I would give a 5 star. Love the area and the building. It’s clean and quite for the most part. But I really wanted this apartment because it was stated non smoking as I suffer from asthma. It was until it wasn’t. The weed smoke is absolutely everywhere and horrible, truly a shame. I can’t imagine that this is acceptable. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.
I live in Weehawken & the building is clean & well maintained. Super is personable & knowledgeable Easy to reach management thru portal; repairs done promptly

New Providence is conveniently with easy access to I78, Rt 24 and two train stations to NY Penn Station or Hoboken. Murray Hill Gardens is one to two blocks away from the Murray Hill station depending on where the apartment is located. The complex itself has a responsive super who has responded promptly to any repairs that I've needed.

The Murray Hill Complex is located in a quiet area in New Providence and a block away from the train stop. The neighbors are friendly and respect each others privacy. The grounds staff are also friendly and responsive to maintenance issues. The complex is close to the center of town and not too far from major highways. The staff at the off site office are prompt at responding to phone calls and emails. They have been friendly and courteous when I’ve visited the office. I’ve recently renewed the lease.

Since Tuli Realty took over, I must say the building is much cleaner, well maintained, exterminator service is excellent. The only issue being the laundry room. The washers are not being service also at the moment there's one laundry cart. I know a message was sent to tenants.
