The staff were greeted by several cars at one time, so I get that, but no one seemed ready to serve the customers. Staff were coming up with reasons not to rotate my tires. I did pay for the service but not convinced it was really done.
They said truck would be done in 2 to 2 1/2 hours, it was done just over 2 hours!
Took My 2010 Nissan Murano in needed a New Transmission the Service Tech stayed on Top of getting it Ordered and working with Warranty Company and kept Me informed all along When the Part Came in They started on the Vechicle the same Day I was More than Satisfied with the Dealer
I misplaced my purse at the dealership , I got a call from the dealership that it has been found. It was about 15 days after but every was intact.
The oil change was completed quickly, but they did not reset my car's service notification. I do not like the 1st come 1st served method of scheduling services. This doesn't work well for people who work. Also they completely misspelled my name and address and have yet to correct it.
I love that they send you a text message about additional repairs because if I don’t have the money I don’t have to feel embarrassed by having to say out loud that I can’t afford it right now.
The attention was immediate,they asked me what service need my car and said in one hour it will be done.
Technician determined that a previously installed gasket was faulty. The gasket was replaced, and I don't observe any oil leakage. Thanks.
I will still give Tynan Nissan high marks and my continued business. I really love this Dealership. They have always treated me like a valued customer, until December 28th 2021 and I encountered Serviceman Luke Clearwater. I will not go into to alot of detail. My number is 303.349.8178.
