Was set for 3-hour service. So cold in the waiting room! The thermostat was set at 68°. Couldn't wait to get out of there. You should warn people to bring a jacket or wear winter clothing....

I do trust them with my car, though they’re super busy and wasn’t able to get the same service, and had to go to the other Nissan shop, but yes.

We had "Engine Malfunction, Power Reduced" on a 2021 Rogue with only 2500 miles. They couldn't replicate or diagnose the problem. So we drive with anxiety. It's a bummer.

i called made an appointment for 7:30 am to have them check out transmission & radio they couldn't find any thing wrong with the transmission but let know replacement cost fot the radio but no time line for the backordered radio but i will be back when something else goes wrong

This was the first time I have come in for a oil change. I own two Nissans and I have always been afraid of taking my cars into the dealerships after the warranty is over. I had a great experience until it came time of suggested services needed. I was told that the transmission fluid needed to be changed funny thing about it the whole transmission was replaced 2 months ago. This is why I don't like going to the dealerships .
