I normally love my visits to Tynan's, but this time the communication was very poor. The associate brought me the paperwork and said I was done and asked me to sign. When I asked if there were any other things it needed, I was informed that there were, but Instead of speaking to me about additional maintenance needs, the tech automatically declined all options and told me I would need to call and schedule those at a later date. My car had dirty finger prints all over the hood. I told everyone inside my car is filthy and this is not how anyone’s car should look like after paying 5400.00.
I felt pressured to buy a car without my down payment in my bank. I am having my car checked several things I feel are not right about the car and I should not feel like that even though it used. Tynans has a lifetime warranty in certain things so you would think they would make sure its OK to sell I am pretty sure what I feel is wrong with my car is under that warranty Oh they said no recalls on the car I booigh it is even in paper work but to find out there are.
Really bad costumer service and they were trying me to replace parts that they were not broken and didn't care that they were almost 3k
I made an appt for an oil change and a maintenance check bc my car is making strange noises and I was told I’d have to come back for the maintenance check on another day bc of a lack of staff and shorten hours. Understandable but I wouldn’t have made the appt if my needs couldn’t be met. There were no apologies. I was told that if I still wanted to go through the check, I would be charged if there was nothing wrong with the car and if they weren’t done by the end of the day, I’d have to pay for a rental. Sloppy. Left cover for air filter off. Didn’t care for engine compartment sloppy job they usually do a good job.
Did a poor job with my engine compartment air filter wasn’t installed properly so wasn’t able to filter the input air to engine.
Our service this time was very rude and disrespectful. When my husband asked why the service was so expensive, the employee got disrespectful when explaining. When my husband explained he didn't want to pay for it and would do it himself, the employee insulted him by saying he doesn't care about the human behind the work.
