Worst experience ever! At 8:15 S.M. I was told 1 1/2-2 hours for oil/coolant change. Ended up taking 4 Hours! After checking, was told paperwork was in, 1/2 hour later, I was called to the cashier. Paperwork was not ready. Some other gentleman was in front of me and was told that he'll be next. He still was checked out before me as were numerous other people who came into the Service Dept after me.I am not happy at all about this experience at Tynnans Nissan!!!!
Poor service on my last visit. They did not fix my tire problem but charged me for it. I still have the same tire problem.
Will never do business again. Service department is shady. Luke is a bit out for the customer only their money
Not very friendly personnel. Need to work on their customer service skills. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Got one thing fixed, the mechanics sabotaged my interior. Had the work checked, then took it back because of a leak by sloppy work. The employee Rich has horrible business skills and did not show professional leadership when I complained.
The only personal service I had was the intake person, no one informed upon completion.
Terrible at following up, once car is sold nothing else is a issue. Please make sure do diligence
Who buys a brand new freaking car without at maintenance services for at least the first year? Tynans used to provide excellent services. The quality of these services as well as customer services has declined drastically over the past few years.
Brian the service representatives was awesome, otherwise the service sucks. Stop trying to get over on your customers.
