You all forgot to put air and my tires I have to go somewhere else to get the air and my tires because the tires pressure don’t go off it kept saying check air pressure on tires other than that everything is ok
They had my car from Saturday thru Tuesday to fix an issue with the brake/battery and they gave me my car back on Tuesday an as soon as I left the store my car stopped on me again. I took my car back, they had it for two more days, they changed something out, picked up my car and the issue still exist. So I’m driving a car that the dealership can’t figure out what going on. I decided to keep driving my car until it stops. It is frustrating when your car keeps stopping in the middle of traffic. Frustrating customer!!
I had a problem with my car and I had to look for a diagnostic area when I got to this place they told me that it was on fuse problem now my vehicle is working properly
I bought my 1st LEAF from Empire in Lakewood. I didn't like the service. They intentionally made me wait and didn't answer my questions, told me it would all be taken care of in financing. When i finally got to financing they acted like i was demanding and making them wait on me to get complete info. Very frustrating and misleading. Tynan's was tge complete opposite. Called and asked how long to do work on 2019 frontier. 3 to 4 hours to radiator flush, transmission and rear and front differential oil replacement. Got an appointment for 8:30. When I got there they told me it would be closer to 2. I got my frontier at 1:59. Also got an oil change which I had a coupon for free oil change. Still charged me for it
