Ratings IMHO as compared to others on the area: Customer service- average. Cost for labor- high but within average for the area. Cost for parts- high~ 20% higher in some cases. Question- What are we paying extra for? Do tell.

Guys coming from the back area. Very uncomfortable and concerned! Also, although I had an appointment i had to wait and wait to fit me in. "Had an appointment for 9am and they didn’t get an..." Had an appointment for 9am and they didn’t get an estimate to me until late afternoon. I wasn’t able to pick it up until the following day. Which was super inconvenient. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if you’re not going to look at it until hours later.
