I was informed my fluids were “topped off,”when I had my oil changed only to find out I had no power steering fluid or coolant. I got my battery replaced as well and there’s corrosion on it and the caps weren’t on the battery. I purchased my Altima from Tynans’s in 2016 and trusted the Service Department to service my car and perform the work they told me they would do. The work I paid for and it wasn’t done. I’m so disappointed with the service or lack there of. What an awful way to treat a loyal customer.

Nissan has terrible customer service, a junk product and Tynans is just as bad. I will never promote tynans or nissan.
I get in my car and the low tire pressure light is on, why didn’t they check my tire pressure when they had it there changing the oil?
You made my car smell like cigarettes, and now I can't get the smell out. Please use protective coverings so other cars don't experience this gross smell.
I brought in vehicle for diagnostic test and when nothing was found, I was still charged for old code that was never cleared by dealership on prior visit.
I’m more annoyed by this survey than anything else. I have already tried to ignore this. Stop sending it out.
I been taking my auto here for service over 5 years. .Usually they honor their own service coupons..However this time the service advisor Izayah Ewings stated some BS and did not honor the $10 off coupon...Hopefully i will get a better advisor next time..if not i will probaly look at another dealership for service.
My tires were not rotated as my new rim is still in the same spot.
