"Two Nissan recalls " Had 2 recalls guess they re-set both issues, but they messed up all my radio stations /seri had a hard time getting re-tuned. Not sure why the recalls would impact radio stations ?
"Finally found the problem " Went in because one of my tires was going flat. I told them that it was rapidly losing air and that I felt a piece of metal in the tire. They inspected it and said they did not find any thing and that I was good to go. So I left and within a half a mile the tire was going flat again so I turned around and went back. "1st visit" This is my first oil change at this dealership. I was shocked that the oil change includes tire rotation even though I did not need one. I thought the service was fine but a little slow. I didn't realize that perhaps an appointment would have sufficed instead.
"Rude cashiers " Cashiers office ladies are rude and very unfriendly. Augustine seemed new & a bit lost when it came to questions about my car & services. He did say notes from techs were confusing so not sure if it was him or other issue.
"Vehicle update" Replace brakes and grind rotors for rear brakes which was done. service vehicle to stop revving suddenly. Needed to do a TCM update on the vehicle.
"Almost there" Had oil changed and was told the car would be cleaned... It sis get washed but not vacuumed. If vacumming is not part of the cleaning please say that. No issues otherwise.
"Transmission fluid change" This is first time I am satisfied with Nissan service, couple month ago I was there I told them my car is not shifting gears , they are expensive man ,he charge me f.... $600 , for doing nothing . This time I went to transmission fluid change LUKE help me n told me why there is problem with shifting gear .Finally they got good one
"Tranny svc and tire sensor light" Dirty greasy handprints I appreciate the quickie pseudo car wash before pickup. Still dirty, AND greasy handprints throughout on the leather. Driver panel, steering wheel, both front seats very dirty. Why don't the mechanics use floor mats and gloves? I'm disappointed in how dirty my hands and clothes got.
"Service" I have been customer for 7 years. I changed new tyres last time. Tyre was flat next day. They changed the tyre few days later. After a month I had a same problem again showing tyre pressure check. They charge you money saying sensor problem which I never had when I had my old tyres. The guy named Luke makes you feel guilty for having old car instead of helping you. He says he is senior manager but instead of helping, he says your car is old we don’t drive your car.
