"Service" I have been customer for 7 years. I changed new tyres last time. Tyre was flat next day. They changed the tyre few days later. After a month I had a same problem again showing tyre pressure check. They charge you money saying sensor problem which I never had when I had my old tyres. The guy named Luke makes you feel guilty for having old car instead of helping you. He says he is senior manager but instead of helping, he says your car is old we don’t drive your car. "Not satisfied " I took my car to Tynan’s 5 times before they fixed my a/c. I was spoken to in a demeaning way - “you don’t understand how things work”. Now it is fixed I hope but a console in the back seat was not put in - just left on the floor. And there are scratches and divets where a screwdriver appears to be used to pop off the gear shift cover. I will never go back to this dealer.

"Refund for cancellation of Nisaan Extended warranty " I bought Nisaan Pathfinder from Tyanan at Aurora. I also bought Nisaan extended warranty which I canceled later after 3 months of purchase. I completed all the formalities in order to cancel extended Nisaan warranty. It’s been more than 4 months now, I am trying to follow up with Jose Castaneda for my refund but no response. "Disappointing customer service and nickel and diming" I purchased a 3 pack of oil change and came in to get my 2nd oil change. My check engine light was on (which I knew why but couldn’t turn it off). I called to make an appointment and they said they had a fast track service to do this work. I was quoted and hour. After 1.5 hours I was told my car was done but a headlight was out upon inspection. "Oil change & front radar & rear antenna " Rich was the only nice guy at service department since the first day was the only employee that really help me with my car The other representatives were rude and never put attention on my car problem Thank you Rich

"Not all Nissans are the same" I learned that my other work and warranty preformed at another Nissan does not work at this Nissan dealership. I will not be back. I feel like I spent too much money and time at the Havana location. Battery should be under warranty and tires this Nissan did not offer the warranty on this service.

"They tried for good customer service but not 100%" Was told parts needed for repair were in stock. That want the case. Now have to go back another time. When contacting me about additional work they wanted to do I got a text message with a link that did not work. No phone # in it. Had to find the # and call them to find out what was needed.

"Service Center Issues" Every time I take my car in there is an issue after. Took the car in to have the ac repaired and a tune up now the car is making noises. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt as I have used their service for almost 20 years. Over the past few years the service department no longer appears to be trustworthy. Luke Clearwater is nice, friendly, and professional, however the mechanics are becoming a real issue. Not sure if they are all in on this together.

"They did me so Wrong " I had to have my car towed to this shop cause it would not start, everything else worked on it when I picked it up from them they fixed it to start but now my air is not working or the radio not working they messed up my car and they want to charge mr Moore money to see what they messed up on it ,,Luke the guy at the shop was very rude to me and would not let me talk ,and hung up the phone. I'm going to talk to a Lawer about this and the News station
