"Salesman Great, Finance Dept Not Good" Our Salesman, Connor, was knowledgeable, considerate and well mannered. Highly recommend him! The Finance Department was not a good experience. We bought a brand new car. Paid half in cash and the other half we had a pre-approved loan through our bank. "Rude employees " I came in with a $40 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation the man who checked me in told me it could take up to an hour and a half. My baby and I went and sat in the waiting area the same man came up to another woman in the waiting area and told her that her car took more expensive oil and she said that was fine. Since no one approached me about this I assumed my total would be $40. "Left with more issues than when I arrived" I had some work I wanted performed. Upon leaving and getting gas go to start the vehicle and the starter caught fire. A repair I had asked to have looked into. pick up the vehicle a few days later, it is idling rough and a few hours later is over heating. Not issues I had prior to taking the vehicle in for repairs. "TAKES TOO LONG" Numbers keep going up, add this and that, fees, fees and more. Would appreciate truth up front. None the less we finally negotiated a price that worked.
"Just ok " When purchasing the car, we waited by ourselves in a waiting from for almost 90 minutes. Apparently there was a computer issue. Then, the dealer was planning to inspect and detail the car we just purchased within a few days to a week. After a week we still hadn’t heard that the car was ready to be picked up. "Very poor service " Would not recommend to anyone, counter help Luke is uninformative and rude when asking simple questions about an oil change , & this rude behavior continued for at least 3 - 4 visits, I tried overlooking, but from fluids being low, to wrong mileage listed for next visit & maintenance required light not being cleared , I had to figure out how to clear on my own . Terrible service once again ,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
"horrible attitude, no explanations, pressured, overpriced " Bad attitude, wasn’t no help at all and charged me for every little thing they can think of as well as wasted my time.
"Extremely overpriced " They wanted to charge me more than double what another car repair place quoted to do the exact same job. I will not be using them because of their outrageous charges and still had to pay $140 for them to diagnose the problem
