"Good and bad" I really like that Nissan does the inspection on your car with the oil change and tire rotation. But what they said need immediate action really didn’t need immediate action. I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion there wasn’t anything that needed to get done. Nissan also did the tire rotation so they were the last ones to take my tire off my car and when driving the entire wheel came off. So I’m guessing that lugnuts where not on correctly. "Skeptical" Usually I like this service center but in three weeks I’ve received a two lists of full repairs costing over $2k. Additionally, I brought the vehicle back to get a previous service redone (since the problem persisted) and they wouldn’t fix it because of a problem “not previously discovered”. Unimpressed.
"Poor customer service " I dropped my vehicle off after hours for an oil change the following morning. I requested a call before the work was completed. Not only did I not receive a call the next morning but no call when the work was completed. I called and spoke with Luke who confirmed the car was ready but didn't answer my question about why I wasn't contacted. "Power Steering Fail" Multiple attempts to fix failed. Total cost was $3,500. Finally replaced all hoses. Cost should have been $200-$300 but last effort seemed to be the solution. Brian Loatch was super however.
"Bad place- stay away" I went to get my oil changed. As I was driving home I noticed my car started making noise which was weird because it doesnt make a sound. I also noticed my guage went from the middle to the left. I got my husband and we checked under the hood. There was no coolant I my reservoir. I had coolant before I went to the shop and someone let my coolant out and did not say anything or replace it. I paid $61 dollars and I dont even trust that a oil changed was performed. Bad place. Would not recommend.
"Poor customer service " I will never return to Tynan’s Nissan Aurora. My car has had issues since the day I took it in for maintenance and the supervisor Rich was no help at all. I explained that his team pushed my car into their garage for a routine oil change and since the appointment I’ve called 3 times with no reply. I let him know the cars gear shift has been getting stuck in park since that day. His response was we don’t own the car you do. "I got the right vehicle, but I'm not sure it was worth it." I felt really pressured to make the purchase, and to make it now. After repeatedly telling my salesman that I needed to consult with my spouse, he continued assuring me I could make the purchase myself. He continued dropping the price to a place I could actually negotiate, then his manager brought it right back to where it was when I walked in. "paid them to tell me nothing" I have a 16 rouge that has a issue with the transmission as the service bulletin points out. I took it to them and told them this info, but if course they said there is a charge to look at it, which is understandable, but I told them that it won’t recreate the problem because it was too cold out, he said they’d figure it out. Well almost 2 hours later he tells me that the couldn’t recreate the problem and they recommend a $250 transmission oil change, which if it was the oil I would have gladly... read more
"Worst service and extreme sell -up" I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I would understand if the service was free .... but every time I go I am asked for stuff I don't need and in true honesty is the reason why I will never buy a nissan again or even a VW for that matter....
