"Did not clean car " I service person said I did not have to use synthetic oil but did give it to me and charged 80 bucks and I ended up getting all suggested work done and it cost $504. They washed other people’s car but some reason I didn’t get that and there was a gum wrapper in my car and I don’t chew gum and hate the smell of it
"They’re unable to do alignments." I brought in my car for an alignment. When I got it back, they said that they were unable to do the camber part of my alignment. That’s the only reason I brought my car in. They said that there’s going to be a slight drift to the right, and that’s what I already knew. I brought it in because it was a drift, but they said they need a specialized tool in order to do it. That’s why I brought it to a dealership.
"Sucks" Terrible. Even after dropping off my car and agreeing to pay $140 for diagnostics, my car is STILL acting EXACTLY like it was before I ever took it here. C’mon CO!! Surely u can do better...
"No response" tynan ad said 159$ lease for Nissan Leaf but I got it for 169$, also they charged 21k instead of 2100 and no response for my calls.
"Poor handoff on new vehicle" I was disappointed with the handoff on purchasing a new Nissan Leaf. I was given a second key but it was to another vehicle. So had to make a return trip. And didn’t receive adequate instruction on all the amazing features in the vehicle.
"Good work long wait." Tried to make appt but was told come in. I thought that meant it would be fast. I was given estimate of 2 hours but took 4. Came in for oil change and 4 new tires. Also remembered engine noise. Turned out to be transmission recall item. Now front tire sensor not working. :( Will deal with it when recall item arrives.
"6-25-2019" IMHO: To Tynan's for an oil change and questions regarding the function of the clutch on my 2015 Versa Sedan. The oil change/service and Jesus Bautista were fine, no issues. The interaction with Jason Simon...not so much. In my opinion, his demeanor was that of a "typical male car salesman ?." The above however was not the most disappointing issue. When directly queried regarding a description of concerns and questions about clutch function, Jason talked about everything but answering my questions. The piece de r... read more
"Came in for one thing but they tried to sell me other things" I came in for an oil change and to have a brake backing plate adjusted, but they went ahead and diagnosed several other things to try and sell me additional services. And I guess I paid for all of that diagnosis, because the actual repair should’ve been much cheaper than my bill. I have an old car; I’m very well aware that things wear out or leak; I’m not going to pay more than the car’s worth to repair everything single thing.
"Sent to Houston with bad transmission " Took car in with a trans code and bad battery. They changed battery told me code was gone and was good to drive to Houston. Arrive on Houston, magically and codes came up again. At dealership in Houston worst case 4500 for new transmission, best $550, they were amazed that you let me drive it in its condition
