"Very Disappointed " I bought my Pathfinder from Tynans and have had it serviced for the last 4 years there, without any problems. I was sent a coupon for a $9.99 oil change for my Altima so I took it in. Turns out my coupon exp 6/14 the day before. They wouldn’t honor it and said a manager was not available until Monday, then the customer service person said it will be $40 for that car. I said ok and left. "It was a total rip off" I have a problem with my convertible top on my Nissan 370z along with 90% of other 370 owners. The dealer said the only way to fix it is to replace the whole top which is what they always say. It needs a measly part on the top cover lid and it can be fixed by any electrician/mechanic. I purchased the part for $250 and paid a mechanic $400 to install. The quote sent to me by this dealership was $19 thousand dollars!!!! Are you freaking kidding me? That's fraud!!
"Careless " Oil all on my light colored mats,car very sluggish, not 100% sure the oil was even changed. But mostly upset behind the oil stains on the inside of my car.. horrible! Oh and my fog light was not fixed like they said, will not be going back.
"Felt taken advantage of " I was told the labor would be one price and was charged a different price. the service representative argued with me about what I was told by the parts manager. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Happens all too often in the car industry. It's bad enough that you charge such ridiculous prices for a simple key then to try to charge $120 in labor for something that took 10 minutes to accomplish is absolutely ridiculous... "Poor service experience" I informed the tech that the rear passenger brake light bulb was burned out before the service began and despite repeated assurances that it would be/was checked, it was still not working even though it was marked as checked ok in their inspection report. The tires were marked as having 6/32 and they are almost to the wear bars. I’m not sure anything was actually checked or if the oil was even changed.
"Not happy at all" The young gentlemen at the service desk was very rude to say the least. I had a coupon and instead of explaining to me in a professional manner that I had to pay more because my car required synthetic oil. He just said oh well. And the other gentleman told me if I look at the fine print it would say it in there. Then instead of them coming to tell me that my car was ready, how they did the other customers they called me on the phone which I could barely hear him talking. "Efficient but long wait." I was pleased with the install but I had about a two and one half hour wait. Also the interior of my vehicle was very dirty and needed detailing. I requested same but it was not done. I now have to pay &250.00 to get my vehicle detailed. I’m not happy with that. Any vehicle that is sold should be thoroughly cleaned before selling it.
"Disappointed" Got a coupon specific to my truck, but oil change was $35 more than the deceiving mailer, wanted to charge me even $20 more originally. Service guy did not go over anything with me, when I picked up my truck he just told me go to the cashier to pay and get keys then walked away. He never said anything about the "inspection" that was in my receipt with no details written. The receipt said they topped off fluids, but I have no washer fluid so I know it wasn't done.
