"4000 dollars later still not fixed." First vehicle is still not fixed after two times being in there shop, I was charged in excess of 4000.00 (This figure includes interest I will have paid on the credit card I put it on) . It was not leaking oil until I brought it into service center and had work performed the first time, that is why I brought it back the second time. Now I have to bring it back a third time. "bad in the service area " Bad service when I ask for the warranty in my truck for the job before they told me they need to make appointment and paid for the inspection even when is the same problem when they told me the guys fixed make sure when you guys going there check the Carr before and after keep the eyes all the time and I ask to talk with the manager or something to help me with the problem not body help really bad attention guys don’t going there
"Service center customer feedback" Service is not as expected, they told your cash is washed, but I don’t see any sign. It was same as before. They also not committed what they send discount in their mail. Also waiting time for oil change is too long.
"GOT OVER ON ME" I REQUESTED WORK ON ISSUES WAS HAVING WAS TOLD WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR WOULD FIX PROBLEMS. NOPE IT IS THE SAME WAY IT WAS BEFORE I TOOK IT IN. I PAID FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.
"Good experience" Salesman was friendly, but after Nissan purchase no one offered any Nissan products like a Nissan bag or coffee mug and was given a trash bag to transfer our personal items from our vehicle.
"Dodge " Not a horrible experience. But not overly excited over the way the dealership only took the CarFax report to use as the basis of my trade in. Ended up selling my previous pickup within a week for $4950 privately as it DID have a clean title nationwide.
"Brake Light Issue" Although staff was polite. My issues were not addressed in efficient manner and communication was poor regards to issues with my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in Saturday to replace brake lights. I was told wait will be 1.5 hours. It was 2.5 hours that I found out the brake lights I need had to be couriered in because it was out of stock. They offered me free lights and just charge me service.
