Everyone we met at the Dealership was wonderful.Even though most of them had nothing to do with our sale. First Dealership I was ever in where the Owner Introduced himself,and asked if there was any thing he could do for us.

Kirk and the rest of the "team" seemed to really go out of their way to find a vehicle to meet the criteria I had decided on. Even though it was one of their busiest days (President's Day Sale)...everyone stayed in a good mood and made a few exceptions to make my time spent worthwhile. Great customer service and knowledge about the vehicles on the lot by Jake Schriver our salesman, and both Jeremiah Hartford and Josh Lopez made sure we were taken care of from the financial side of it. This was the best experience buying a car that we have ever had. We recommend this dealership to everyone. We were treated with courtesy and respect and advised of all our options and left alone to make our decision. Again, just the best experience we ever had buying a car!!!!

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WENT REALLY WELL. DERECK WAS MORE THAT HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. WE DROVE FROM OUT OF TOWN BECAUSE OF THE EXECELLENT AD IN THE PAPER, WITH A GREAT PRICE. Erica was very helpful in helping us decide on the vehicle that is best for our needs. She was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped us work through all of our issues. She was able to find answers to our questions. The dealership was able to locate the model and color vehicle that was our first choice. It was delivered in a timely fashion. We are delighted with the vehicle. We are looking forward to having it's service work performed at this dealership.

Working with the sales associates at Tynan's was such a great experience! Jake especially conducted himself with integrity and worked really hard to find the perfect car for me. I recommend Tynans. My wife and I in a months time have tried Spradley Bar Ford and Valley Nissan, both of which let us take vehicles home saying it was a 99.9% chance we were approved. Roughly two weeks went by when we get the call that we have to return the vehicle. This happened at both dealers. From Spradley Barr We had to fight to get our down payment back,therefor at Valley Nissan we didnt offer to make a down payment but when we returned the vehicle to them the finance guy wanted to sell us a car that we were totally ... read more
