We had a very positive experience when we bought our first Nissan from you and that is why we returned for our second. We would recommend Tynan's to anyone interested in a Nisssan. There were a few glitches but they would handle very easily and I appreciate that. Two concerns: When we purchased the car, Rob talked about free oil changes and I was wondering if we are to receive a notice as to that. I have trouble opening the big door in the back. It seems to catch on something.
Everything went well with the dealership, However, I do believe with the price I am paying I could have been placed into the anniversary addition Altima. If I am paying/leasing paying over $300.00 for a vehicle it should be something I really want. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend others to Tynan's
Overall my experience was good, however I do have a bad taste in my mouth with a few things. One, the finances representative was distasteful to say the least. I also was not fully explained why I did not receive the free ipad, as listed as being the special. I had to do research to figure that out on my own.

Everyone we met at the Dealership was wonderful.Even though most of them had nothing to do with our sale. First Dealership I was ever in where the Owner Introduced himself,and asked if there was any thing he could do for us.
Kirk and the rest of the "team" seemed to really go out of their way to find a vehicle to meet the criteria I had decided on. Even though it was one of their busiest days (President's Day Sale)...everyone stayed in a good mood and made a few exceptions to make my time spent worthwhile. Great customer service and knowledge about the vehicles on the lot by Jake Schriver our salesman, and both Jeremiah Hartford and Josh Lopez made sure we were taken care of from the financial side of it. This was the best experience buying a car that we have ever had. We recommend this dealership to everyone. We were treated with courtesy and respect and advised of all our options and left alone to make our decision. Again, just the best experience we ever had buying a car!!!!
