Staff was very accommodating, willing to work through all my questions and concerns, helped customize the best car situation for me and were transparent with the whole process, they definitely understand what customer service is...apart from the new sales manager who I felt lacked overall tact and professionalism.
All three men were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They took their time with us and allowed us to take our time as well. They worked hard to meet our needs not only in a car but in the price as well.
I had a very positive experience and Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins. Jake Howard was very friendly and worked extremely hard to ensure that my experience was a good one. This was the first time I was purchasing a new car for myself and I am grateful it went as it did. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Josh is a great Sales/Customer service Rep. I will always recommend him, he always treats me and my family with the upmost respect and he bends over backwards to make sure we are getting the best deal possible. I love Nissan vehicles, which is just the icing on the cake.

I had some pretty rough experiences through a couple of other dealerships in town and surrounding areas before coming to Tyson. Erika made me feel at ease right when I started speaking with her over the phone. She met me where I was and I feel she fairly facilitated the process. I also liked dealing with a woman sales person.
