I recommend Tynans. My wife and I in a months time have tried Spradley Bar Ford and Valley Nissan, both of which let us take vehicles home saying it was a 99.9% chance we were approved. Roughly two weeks went by when we get the call that we have to return the vehicle. This happened at both dealers. Staff was very accommodating, willing to work through all my questions and concerns, helped customize the best car situation for me and were transparent with the whole process, they definitely understand what customer service is...apart from the new sales manager who I felt lacked overall tact and professionalism.
All three men were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They took their time with us and allowed us to take our time as well. They worked hard to meet our needs not only in a car but in the price as well.
