The overall process

The refinance process went much quicker than I expected. Everyone was quick to answer questions and made sure we were updated on where we were in the process.
The process was easy the weekly call
Refinancing with PennyMac was quick and easy and I had no issues. My loan officer kept in contact with me on a weekly basis and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I have been with Penny Mac since 2015 and I've never had an issue with them they have always been very dependable and accommodating.
Could have sent me texts to call or messaged me more frequently. This process took forever.
Fast and manageable process. PennyMac and their employees made it as easy as possible on me to complete the process. Online portal made it easy to sign , upload and update documents in real time.
The Mac team concept does not appear to work. I grew very sick of calling to talk to persons that were not assigned to my case and felt like I was constantly getting passed around. The website interface was incorrect throughout the entire process listing a different loan processor from the purchase team despite me bringing up the error MULTIPLE times.
