Great job from everyone
I was very disappointed with the lack of communication-I had to place many calls myself and ask questions that Penny Mac had in their database. I feel closing would not have happened within two months if I had not called and inquired on hold ups.
Tyra was excellent to work with. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was friendly, understanding and always available. My only issues were with the VAs unique requests.
Tyra was awesome. She was always easy to get on the phone and she always was able to help me when I called and always was able to help me with all of my questions. Thanks Tyra for all of your help! You Rock!!
Tyra was very helpful with the loan refinance
Tyra was excellent on her part of service but the other responsibilities of the loan officer was poor. Everything that was asked for me, I provided and sent as soon as possible and when it comes to notifying us regarding a changed in closing not communicated until the notary person called and let us know. Anyway, all I can say is that, Tyra was very good on her job responsibilities . To all loan team, you guys need to be on top of your game and communication is very important.
There were issues with people not calculating our income correctly resulting in a denial after we thought everything was done.
