Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Explanation of process was clearly explained. Great overall experience.
It was actually better than ok but less than great. Sometimes during the process it was frustrating with having to have #s reworked because “not sure why they changed”. This is not a reflection of Tyra, just in general with speaking with different people.
