The whole experience was clearly laid out, and actually exceeded my expectations. ( No "bumps in the road. ")
I had some issues with accessing the online application process, I was helped every step of the way on getting my documents. In and completed on time!
My rep, Tyra, was excellent. She was always polite and personable and always followed through on her promises in terms of providing information and getting back to me in a timely fashion. I never got the impression she was reading off of a script, just a real person having real conversations. A huge plus for the organization. Thank You Tyra!

Tyra was very good, it was there reviewing committee that kept asking for the same thing over & over again! They were a real pain!!
