Everyone was polite, helpful, patient and prompt. Closing was even faster than we expected and relatively painless.
The online process is streamlined and mostly automated. Our weekly calls and updates were helpful and resolved any questions that my wife and I had.
I would give it a ten!!
The PennyMac process could be exponentially improved by assigning ONLY one Representative as customer contact. I had to deal with 13 different people some had no clue what the others have done and repeatedly had explain to them. It was very cumbersome.
How I was helped and my questions were answered.
Tyra called me every week with an update, no matter what the status. Five stars!
The PennyMac personnel, top to bottom, always got back to me promptly, even though I might not have responded to THEM as quickly. [My slow responses can be attributed to the fact that I was sometimes confused as to which forms had already been completed and which had not.]
Everyone was helpful.
