Very bad store so small no bakery we came to get st Joseph's pastries night before st Joseph's day bakery was just a shelf of goods from other locations store is small and they don't have a pizza department or an espresso bar definitely recommend going to Massapequa Melville Smithtown or north Babylon wish I could give this port Washington location zero stars
Been pizza here every week for the last couple years. This Friday I call at 5:30 asked for 2 Well Done, they say a little over an hour. I arrive at 6:45. Get my pizza at 7:15 ask if it's well done they said too busy can't leave it in an extra minute. So I take my undercooked pizza home. The bottom box the pizza has a home in it. There are appropriate techniques and traditions that should never be compromised. I requested a half pound of Culatta prosciutto. It was not spread out on sheets. It was stacked like ham. I had presence of mind to look at it first. I left it behind. Salpino's in Deer Park is now my go-to.
Purchased a large Carrot Cake yesterday at the North Babylon store. It looked perfect in the display case, however the taste was very poor. The cake was dry, tasteless and lacked the carrots, raisins, and nuts that you expect in a carrot cake that costs almost $25. In addition the extremely thick icing was disgusting. All in all, the cake was commercial garbage and a waste of money.
Ridiculous, brought chocolate covered strawberries for my sisters event, she was about to bite into it when she saw the mold. I was told to wait 20 minutes for these strawberries to just get 5 and for 3 of them to be moldy is so disgusting and disappointing I won't be returning here. ShopRite isn't even this bad I'll definitely be writing to corporate bc this is not okay. Unfortunately I had no time to go to store to show them but it is what it is , check your products before you leave !!
Fish Fry was terrible, overcooked, not freshly prepared, re-fried food, Clams were tough =, hard to chew.

Uncle G sold me bad shrimp cocktail (50 pieces for $100) on Xmas eve. Told me on 12/26 they would refund my cost. Never did, and when I filed a BBB complaint, they never responded. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
The deli did not want to be bothered with me at 8pm. I stood there for 5 minutes with 3 employees standing in front of me, while I'm being ignored! They lied to me and sent me on a conquest to pay up front, when I tried to I was told I needed an order sticker from the deli. I said forget it.
