Beautiful store. Many departments. Clean, lots of help, seating area to eat, with bathrooms available. Store is packed with goods. When I went to pay, my bill came to $34.42. Handed the cashier $40.42. She was immediately lost. Don't ask. Took out her phone for the calculator app. Couldn't figure that out, either. Finally another cashier came and told her what to do. Perhaps this person belongs in another department, not wasting my time trying to do simple arithmetic, which is a cashier's main responsibility. Poor manageme... read more

Nothing like going in on a Sunday morning to buy fresh Italian bread, driving back home only to discover the bread was previously frozen and thawed. I'm not to squeeze every loaf, but perhaps that's the only way. Do better...

Got the hot Thanksgiving Turkey Hero for dinner tonight. I would say quite disappointing, but I should have expected as much since their pre-made subs are typically unimpressive. Very little actual turkey on the sandwich. They should rename it the Thanksgiving Stuffing Hero as it mostly consisted of soggy cranberry stuffing.
Overpriced and quality has dropped since they began branching out and opening more stores. I've stopped going there at all.
Uncle G's is going downhill really fast. I recently got a package of ground beef and it was gray on the inside. Fresh parm cheese and bread always gets moldy within 1-2 days. The premade dinner entrees are also low quality. The chicken franchise was literally just their chicken cutlets doused in gravy. All of this is especially disappointing when considering how high the prices are. It makes more sense to order a quality takeout Italian meal from a restaurant. OK...the New Manager, and perhaps his superiors, as well....feel it is better, to throw the hot food in the garbage, at the end of the night....rather than make a sale, to someone on food stamps...Way to go!! Great business sense, excellent way to make a profit for the store! ....Idiot.
