Ordered 4 pizzas and bought some pastries at $34/lb. Of the 4 pizzas, 2 were well baked, 2 were a wet, soupy mess, with soggy, pale bottoms, as if water was added. Couldn't pick up a slice. The Napoleons and mini cannoli were soggy. No crisp layers, no crisp shell. Very disappointing. Last week, I tried their own ravioli. Pasta was very thick, filling had no particular flavor. Overall I'd say they are more concerned with the look of their food than its quality.
The deli is the slowest deli I've ever been to. I usually come here Saturdays to the deli and it is ALWAYS SOOOO SLOW.
The meatballs had too much cheese in them, but the store brand pasta sauce and deli rice balls were ok so I give it two stars. Service was bad, the cashier manager had terrible attitude! They advertise prices that are not available and things that are not there, bakery, food court etc...
We have purchased your strawberry shortcake for our office parties many times and have probably bought 15 or more cakes over the past year. Until recently, we were always very happy with the quality. The lobster pot pie was bland and mostly corn and peas. The lobster was mostly claws.
Nice store, prices are a bit high, purchased some house made spaghetti sauce and had to return
Uncle Giuseppe's in Deer Park has become extremely overpriced, and the customer service does not match the prices at all. For what they charge, you would expect a much better experience, but unfortunately the service was disappointing and unprofessional. The prices feel excessive across the store, and when you need help or have a concern, the staff does not seem very interested in making things right. We are sick to our stomachs today. As you can see in the photo thier Italian meatball is undercooked. Pink all the way through. This used to be our favorite spot but recently they are struggling to stay afloat and the quality shows.
I went to deliver to bakery for first time I had trouble finding baker. when I asked the first person they gave me a response with an attitude when asked the 2nd person I didn't get a response. when I reached the 3rd person they were unable to tell me where the bakery was. they proceeded to stare at me. I explain to zack the surpervisor but he was also full of shit. Thumbs down 1000%
