Hit or miss. Some food is great, other is mediocre at best. I thought it would be a go-to for lunch but after a few bad experiences I think I'll pass from now on. The store is very clean and there is a great selection of speciality food. Too bad there are never enough employees working in check out lines and the cafe employees could be much more friendly, customer focused, and attentive. For as expensive as it is, I'd expect more. Overpriced and not worth it. Stopped in earlier this evening for their lobster roll 'special'. They were 'sold out'. Why are you advertising something that you DO NOT have? Indifferent employees. Spoke to another customer as I left who experienced the same indifferent treatment. Have purchased other items from this store that looked great but tasted awful. Ordered the pizza yesterday. We were told it was a one hour wait. That's fine. When we brought the pizza home it was raw! Dough not cooked at all. Perhaps they had an off day. First time we tried it.

The worst Customer service ever . went to the deli and ordered a sandwich . 1st they where out of many meats mostly red meats , Roast Beef . that I worked around . 2n then in the middle of making my sandwich I guess the manager called a meeting . I'm a regular customer of the Morris Plains UG, and a frequent flyer of the bakery dept. (and have a huge sweet tooth) I've noticed over the past few weeks that there's been changes in the bakery-for the worst. I've noticed that the vast variety of cookies and products have become very limited Compared to what it used to be.
